INGREDIENTS
Mushrooms
olive oil, garlic, parsley
a pinch of white pepper
cream
goats’ cheese
PREPARATION
Heat up a pan with a spoonful of olive oil. Before adding the mushrooms,
clean them and chop them. Then add a pinch of white pepper, salt, and
crushed garlic and parsley. Leave the ingredients at a low temperature
until the mushrooms are cooked. This is the moment for adding a spoonful
of goats’ cheese and some cream into the pan.
Cook it for a while until the goats’ cheese is melted and all the
ingredients are mixed. Still hot, serve the mushrooms with goats’
cheese in the serving dish and sprinkle with some chopped parsley. We
recommend cooking this dish shortly before eating it so it does not lose
