Pretty Bercian woman cod
INGREDIENTS
10 large pieces of cod
5 small onions
2 kg. Of roasted peppers
10 had-boiled eggs
1 spoonful of paprika and 1/4 of pure olive oil
PREPARATION
Put the cod in water for 48 hours changing the water every 8. Roast the
onions at a low temperature, peel them and chop them into four. Set them
aside and cut the roasted peppers in not very thin stripes. Shell and
cut the hard-boiled eggs in two. Once the cod has been desalinated, put
it in a pot, at low temperature with water, not reaching the boiling point.
Then take the slices of cod and put them in a serving dish and garnish
with the ingredients that we set aside. Add pure olive oil and a bit of
paprika. We recommend eating this dish cold, together with a glass of
rose Hacienda Elsa Rosado, this being the most pleasant and perfect option
we can enjoy.
